Open Access Policy
The International Review of FinTech Business and Management (IRFBM) is a fully open-access journal published by the Academy of Decision and Data Sciences (ADDS). All articles are made freely available online immediately after publication. Readers, researchers, institutions, and the wider public may access the full text without registration, subscription, payment, or prior permission.
IRFBM does not impose any embargo period on published content. The journal supports the principle that scholarly knowledge should be openly accessible and available for lawful use, sharing, and reuse.
Users may:

Copyright and Publication Rights
Authors retain copyright over their published work.
By submitting and publishing an article in IRFBM, authors grant the journal and the Academy of Decision and Data Sciences a non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to publish, distribute, archive, index, preserve, and promote the article under the stated open-access licence.
Because this right is non-exclusive, authors may continue to share, reuse, reproduce, and republish their work, provided that the original publication in IRFBM is properly acknowledged.

The applicable licence statement will be displayed on the article webpage and, where possible, within the full-text version of the article.
Each article should include a copyright and licensing statement such as:

Third-Party Material
The CC BY 4.0 licence applies only to material owned by the author or authors and licensed through IRFBM.
Third-party material, including images, figures, photographs, tables, datasets, maps, scales, and other copyrighted content, may be subject to separate licensing conditions. Where such material is not covered by the article’s open-access licence, this will be clearly identified through an appropriate credit line or rights statement.
Users who wish to reuse excluded third-party material must obtain permission directly from the relevant copyright holder.
Authors are responsible for securing permission before including restricted third-party content in their manuscripts.
Self-Archiving
IRFBM permits authors to deposit and share their work without an embargo.

Machine Readability and Text Mining
In accordance with the open-access licence, lawful text and data mining, indexing, automated searching, and machine-based analysis of published content are permitted.
Users and automated systems may crawl and analyse the journal’s content, provided that such activities:

No Reader Charges
IRFBM does not charge readers or their institutions for accessing published articles.
Access to abstracts, metadata, and full-text content is provided without subscription fees, paywalls, or mandatory registration.
Any author-side charges, where applicable, will be governed by a separate article processing charge policy and will not affect readers’ access to published content.
